RETURNS

You have 48 hours from the time your order is delivered to initiate a return, following the guidelines of our return policy at Bytebloom Solutions Private Limited.

To qualify for a return, the product must remain in its original packaging, be unused or unworn, and have all original tags still attached. Additionally, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as your invoice.

To start the return process, please email us at bytebloomsolutionsprivatelimit@gmail.com. After your return is authorized, we will send you detailed instructions for sending the item back, along with a prepaid return shipping label.

REFUNDS

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.
